I am very passionate about cooking. I especially love baking and desserts, because there are no limits to imagination in this area. I like to try new shapes and combinations. In the last month I have been thoroughly involved in baking bread and have already managed to test more than 15 recipes. Soviet dishes hold a special place in my heart. I like to cook according to “The Book of Tasty and Healthy Food” (this is my very first cookbook). Naturally, I really love watching others happily eat what I have prepared. As for food, I go crazy for dairy products: kefir, fermented baked milk, cottage cheese, yoghurts, cheeses, ice cream.
